Terms of Service

1. Parties

Agreement between CL Technology (Pty) Ltd t/a Dr2Dr (Reg No: 2025/175447/07), 27 Roux Street, Rouxville, Johannesburg, 2192 and you, the registered user.

2. The Platform

• Doctor-to-doctor electronic referral management
• Doctor-to-patient procedure quotation generation and delivery
• QR-based patient document authentication for pharmacy verification
• Doctor-to-patient appointment scheduling
• Bidirectional WhatsApp Business communication
• HPCSA practitioner registration verification

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered medical practitioner with a valid HPCSA registration, or an authorised administrator of a registered medical organisation or practise, and at least 18 years of age.

4. Subscription and Pricing

4.1 Standalone Practise

• Free Trial: 2 months at no charge
• Monthly: R850 per month (excl. VAT)
• Annual: R8,650 per year (excl. VAT) — 15% saving

4.2 Organisation Licensing (annual, per practise/month)

• 1–5 practises: R720 | 6–10: R620 | 11–20: R520 | 21–50: R420 | 51+: R320

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, share credentials, upload false information, or attempt to access other organisations' data.

6. Patient Consent

By using WhatsApp features, you confirm patients have consented to receive WhatsApp communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dr2Dr is a communication platform. We accept no liability for clinical decisions made by practitioners. Our total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
